Cancellation Policy

***Cancelation policy: cancellation and refund requests only accepted up to 48 hours to class/paddle time as we need to manage additional staff and equipment for this offering. Refund requests will be less a 10% processing fee regardless of time frame. No shows and no communication forfeit 100% of the purchase and is non transferable. Cancelation/transfer requests made after event start time will not be accepted. If a class or event is canceled by Ales & Asanas we will do our best to reschedule however you will be given the option to transfer to another class or refund at not cost.
