ABOUT US
We utilize local breweries to foster a community of fitness and beer enthusiasts in a welcoming atmosphere. We like to get social after class and sample craft beer while getting to know our neighbors and supporting local businesses. Whether its your first class or 500th class we hope you feel stronger, relaxed, and a little hoppier.
Since 2017 we have been primarily based in South Florida sharing our love of yoga and craft beer from Miami all the way up to Cocoa Beach. You can find multiple classes a week in the Ft Lauderdale area. You'll also catch us in Pittsburgh, PA with monthly classes and additional summer pop ups as that's where our founder, Alyssa, was born & raised with strong as steel roots that will always run deep.
Classes tend to be vinyasa based and active but we always offer options for you to get what you need out of the class. If you need to take a nap for half the class, we're cool with that. If you can and want to do a headstand, we're ok with that too. If you're just there for the beer, cheers! It's not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn and who you meet on the way there. Our yogis have become friends and many like family.
During the 'C' word lock down we decided it was a great time to connect brewery communities across the United States with a playful happy hour live stream beer yoga class, 50 States of Beer Yoga. We rallied big names like Sam Adams on the east coast to small micro breweries in the mid west like 2 Toms and made it all the way over to Washington with Mountain Lakes. Thanks to all the breweries for working with us to share our love of yoga and beer! We can't wait to plan a road trip to have a pint with each of you!
