ABOUT US
We utilize local breweries to foster a community of fitness enthusiasts in a welcoming atmosphere. We like to get social after class and sample craft beverages while getting to know our neighbors and supporting local businesses. Whether its your first class or 500th class we hope you feel stronger, relaxed, and a little hoppier.
We started our BEER YOGA classes in 2017 and have been primarily based in South Florida sharing our love of yoga and craft beer from Miami all the way up to Cocoa Beach. You can find multiple brewery yoga classes per week in the Ft Lauderdale area.
You'll also catch us in Pittsburgh, PA as that's where our founder, Alyssa, was born & raised with strong as steel roots that will always run deep. Catch our brewery yoga classes and additional summer pop ups like Yoga on the Bridge with the Pittsburgh Pirates and SUP Yoga in North Park.
Classes tend to be vinyasa based and active but we always offer options for you to get what you need out of the class. If you need to take a nap for half the class, we're cool with that. If you can and want to do a headstand, we're ok with that too. If you're just there for the beer, cheers!
It's not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn and who you meet on the way there. Our yogis have become friends and many like family.
