Join this immersive yoga experience at Mad Arts, where breath aligns with movement, light harmonizes with energy, and the body connects with art. Surrounded by dynamic visuals, we'll explore the balance of light and dark together.
Whether you're an experienced yogi or just starting out, this class invites you to stretch, breathe, and fully engage in the moment.
Enjoy a one-hour yoga session within a Mad Arts exhibit, followed by the opportunity to explore the entire museum on your own.
$30 in advance, $40 on the day
All ages are welcome.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. A limited number of mats and blocks are available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis.
