Flight School is a specialty workshop where we focus on techniques & mindset for taking flight with inversions and arm balances to take your playful yoga practice to the next level.  We dedicate the time to breakdown various parts of your regular yoga practice you already know that can help you lift off and then we safely breakdown variations of crow, headstand, and more.

This workshop is for YOU if:

-If you you have felt a plateau in your practice

-If you have seen others in class effortlessly take flight and you wonder 'what the heck was that?!'

-If you are curious and want to learn and try new challenges

-If you'd like to build full body strength

If you just want a flight of beer and hangout, we won't judge that

Many people talk themselves down: 'I'm not strong enough', 'My arms are short', 'I'll certainly fall'.  Even if we don't realize it, we are constantly doubting our abilities and talking ourselves out of taking a chance.  Does that sound like you?  

  Flight School will teach you:

• Drills to build physical strength and mental confidence
• Proper alignment 
• Warm up techniques
• Crow variations, headstand variations, 8 angle pose (it's also ok if you have no idea what those are!)
• Most importantly, you will be proud of yourself for accepting a challenge and reaching new goals!

We'll work up a steady appetite for a signature beer from LauderAle Brewery as we take some time to chat and reflect on our Flight School experience.

This workshop is geared towards yogis that have a regular yoga practice but are new to inversions and arm/hand balances. We always welcome those who are curious and want to try new things.  

Investment: $38 early registration by April 30.  $45 May 1 and beyond.  Includes workshop, 1 beer, and tip for the bartender.
