About the Event
One hour all levels class in the beer garden at Craft Beer Cellar Ft Lauderdale. Â We challenge your balance by incorporating a craft beer in to the final poses while enjoying sunset views. Â Stick around after class to get social and enjoy BOGO beers! Â We do have na indoor option if needed so this class will be held rain or shine.
We welcome all ages and all levels even if beer is not your thing or you are under 21, we can offer an alternative. Â Please bring a mat and water. Â There are limited mats available to borrow on a first come first serve basis. Â
